1.  Artist entry fee is $25 per artist

2.  Both plein air and studio works are acceptable!

​

3.  The first sixty (60) artists completing the entry form will be accepted.

     DO NOT DELAY!  Full refund prior to September 15, 2023.

​

4.  Submissions should be representational or impressionistic and show the beauty of the outdoors. Landscapes, Cityscapes, Seascapes and Still Life paintings that tell that story will comprise the EXPO.

​

5.  Artists may submit two (2) completed paintings for the SHOWCASE and SALE.

​

6.  All submitted art must be two (2) dimensional.

​

7.  Acceptable Mediums: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Gouache and Pastels

​

8.  Each FRAMED painting cannot exceed 20 x 24 inches outside dimensions.

​

9.  Each wrapped canvas cannot exceed 20 x 24 inches outside dimensions.

​

10.  All completed art, wired and ready for hanging, must be turned in at the GCCA Gray Loft between 11-12 Noon on October7, 2023.11.  All submitted art will be staged for display, for sale and for the People’s Choice Award voting.

12.  The FALL ART  EXPO SHOWCASE & SALE will take place from Noon to 3:00 pm in the GCCA’s Gray Loft. This will be an opportunity for you to showcase and sell your art to special invitees, art patrons and to the general public. This SALE will be extensively marketed to the Greenville, SC art community and to the general public by both the GCCA and Plein Air Painters Carolina.

13.  A 20% commission will be retained on any sales to defray the cost of the event and to support outreach programs.  All sales will be handled on-site by PAPCarolina.

​

14.  All sales will be processed and payments, less commission, mailed within two weeks of the event.

​

15.  All unsold art must be picked up at the completion of the Expo on October 7, 2023. 

​

PEOPLE’s CHOICE AWARD-All artists and attendees will be given one ballot and can vote for their favorite painting during this exhibition.  The People’s Choice Award will be announced prior to 3 PM on October 7, 2023. Cash prize awarded!
